Publication of Panjab University Law Review-Journal (PULR)-Volume 65 (Part 1)

The Panjab University Law Review (PULR) is a Bi-annual publication that is being published since 1951 having wide circulation in India and abroad. From 50^th issue onwards i.e. Vol. 50, 2009; it has been made a Refereed Journal with ISSN No.0971-5541.

Part 1 of Volume 65 (Jan – June 2026) is scheduled to be published. Legal professionals, teachers, academicians and research scholars of National and International repute who are desirous of contributing research paper, case comment, book review etc., are requested to prepare their submissions by 15^th October, 2026 and submit them on our website Open Journal System (https://pulr.puchd.ac.in) from 16^th October, 2026 to 31st October,  2026. To facilitate speedy processing of the manuscripts, authors are requested to strictly adhere to the guidelines of publication.
